What Venuely is
Venuely is a marketplace that lets customers find event venues, photographers and wedding planners in Egypt and send them booking requests. Venuely is not a party to the agreement between a customer and a business, and does not organise events itself.
Your account
You must give accurate details, including a mobile number you can receive messages on, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to book or list.
For customers
- Prices shown are set by each business. The total for a request is worked out from the guest count, package and add-ons you choose.
- A request is confirmed only when the business accepts it.
- Deposits, payments and cancellations are agreed with the business, on the terms shown on its listing.
For venue hosts, photographers and planners
- Your listing must be accurate: real photos of your own venue or work, current prices and true availability.
- You must hold the licences and permissions your business needs, and honour the requests you accept.
- You keep the rights to your photos and text, and allow Venuely to show them in the app, on the website and in its promotion.
What is not allowed
Fake listings or reviews, using someone else's photos, misleading prices, harassment, and any use of Venuely that breaks Egyptian law. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
We work to keep Venuely accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is correct or that the service is never interrupted. To the extent the law allows, Venuely is not liable for the services provided by businesses listed on it.
